激光-电弧复合焊接结合了激光焊和电弧焊两种焊接工艺,影响焊接过程稳定性和焊接接头质量的因素较多。针对X80管线钢,系统开展了光纤激光-MIG电弧复合焊工艺研究。在对比光纤激光焊、MIG焊和激光-MIG复合焊的基础上,分别考察焊接电流、激光功率、焊接速度、光丝间距、离焦量等参数对焊缝成形的影响,并优化了激光-MIG复合焊的焊接工艺参数。
Laser-arc hybrid welding combines the laser welding process and arc welding process,and involves a large number of factors,which influence welding stability and weld joint quality. The process research on fiber laser-MIG hybrid wehting for X80 pipeline steel is systematically carried out. On the basis of comparison of fiber laser welding,MIG welding and laser-MIG hybrid welding,the effects of the welding current,laser power,welding speed,defocusing amount and distance between laser and arc on the weld formation are studied. Ttle laser-MIG hybrid welding process parameters are optimized.
