战略目标的实现是组织一切策略的终极目的。就战略理论与人力资源管理相关理论而言,组织战略的实现需要相应的知识技能、行为表现、工作动机以及员工潜能发挥的参与机会,而这些要素需要借助于人力资源管理策略加以促进和推动。需要通过构建有效的人力资源策略达成此目标,这是目前该领域所迫切需要解决的问题。总结了以往研究中基于不同视角的人力资源组合策略,对每一种策略的构建思路进行了评价,在此基础上描绘了该领域未来的发展趋势。
The ultimate aim of all organizational strategies is to realize the strategic objective. As far as strategic theories and human resource management theories are concerned, the realization of the organizational strategies relies on the corresponding knowledge and skills, behaviors, work motives, and employee participation for potential development, and all these elements should be facilitated by the strategies of human resource practices, which is urgently needed to be solved in this field. This paper summarized the configurational strategies of human resource practices from various perspectives in past researches, and evaluated each on construct. The future research Directions in this field were put forward.
