结合Taguchi稳健设计方法和柔性薄板零件装配偏差建模,提出了一种柔性薄板装配夹具稳健设计方法.通过对柔性薄板零件装配过程的分析,建立了反映装配质量与零件制造偏差、夹具定位偏差和夹具定位方案关系的装配偏差模型.利用Taguchi方法进行夹具定位的稳健设计时,以夹具定位位置为设计参数,各零件制造偏差和夹具定位偏差为噪声参数,结合柔性薄板装配偏差建模方法提出了柔性薄板夹具稳健设计的信噪比计算方法,通过安排正交试验的内外表,分析各夹具定位方案下装配质量对各偏差源的稳健性,确定稳健的夹具方案.该方法通过一个简单柔性薄板装配得到了验证.
This paper proposed a fixture locating robust design method combining the Taguchi robust design method and compliant sheet metal assembly model. The compliant sheet metal assembly model was obtained through the analysis of compliant sheet metal assembly process and it described the relationship between the assembly variations and part manufacturing variations, fixture locating variations and fixture locating layout. In the fixture locating robust design based on Taguchi method, a computing method of signal noise ratio applying the compliant assembly variation modeling method was proposed considering the fixture locating positions as design parameters and variation sources as noise parameters. The design of experiment was used to obtain the robust solution of fixture locating positions. A simple compliant sheet metal assembly was used to validate the proposed robust design method.
