Although the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s Disease （AD） is unclear, several hypotheses have been proposed, including theβ-amyloid cascade theory, Tau protein hypothesis, inflammation hypothesis and oxidative stress theory. This review summarized the widely-accepted new viewpoints on the pathogenesis of AD.
