实验研究了不同的预处理条件对5A沸石分子筛吸附分离烟气中CO2造成的不同影响。找到了最佳的预处理条件是100℃烘箱内干燥2h,再放入400℃高温马弗炉煅烧2h,干燥器中冷却至室温,得到的5A沸石分子筛能够达到对烟气中CO2的最佳吸附分离效果。还研究了5A沸石的循环再生性能,经过9次循环使用,CO2的吸附分离体积一直在50%以上,说明5A沸石循环再生性能良好。
Experiment is mainly about different effects from different pretreatment conditions to 5A zeolite molecular sieves adsorption and separation CO2 in flue gas. The best pretreatment condition: was found first drying 2 hours in 100 ℃ oven, then calcining 2 hours in 400 ℃ muffle furnace. The recycling performance of 5A zeolite was also studied. By recycling 9 times, the CO2 adsorption and separation volume is always above 50% , which proves 5A zeolite has a good recycling performance.
