Under the globalized economy, the new trend of international capital flow has evolved in a way different from the traditional one. The FDI （foreign direct investment） that controls the equity ownership of overseas enterprises has become one of the main international capital movements. This new international capital flow will influence the structure of industries. Considering their globalized strategy, international capital can consolidate the abnormal development of industries in the capital input countries and bring an unfavourable influence to the adjustment and upgrading of Chinese industrial structure. The countermeasures may prove important being against the new trend of the international capital flow under the globalized economy so as to attain to the strategy of national economic growth.
