针对实验室过程控制实验教学系统学生可操作性差的不足,设计了基于Lab VIEW平台的可配置过程控制教学实验系统,首次将NI公司开发的数据采集卡NI-my DAQ应用于构建实际对象的过程控制,搭建了半物理的液位过程控制实验教学系统。利用NI-my DAQ数据采集板卡将计算机与液位实验装置相连接,利用计算机上的Lab VIEW软件平台实现了液位过程的辨识与控制器设计,并通过控制实际的液位对象来验证控制器的性能。该实验系统要求学生必须掌握"过程建模-控制器设计"一体化方法,能够提升学生对过程控制的理解,训练学生控制器设计方面的工程创新能力。
A new configurable teaching experiment system for process control is developed based on Lab VIEW platform to overcome the shortcomings of existing ones. This is the first try to use the NI Data acquisition card—my DAQ to construct a teaching experiment system for process control. This experiment is actually a semi-physical system for liquid level control. With NI-my DAQ the personal computer can communicate with a real liquid equipment so that students can perform process identification and design various controllers using Lab VIEW. The performance of different controllers can be validated directly by application to a real process while in existing teaching experimental system students can only do limited operations, such as adjusting some parameters or just conducting completely virtual and numerical simulations. Therefore,the new designed experimental system can meet the demands for developing controllers for a real process and so it can significantly improve the capability for their comprehension and creativity in process control.
