介绍了流固耦合有限元建模过程以及模型参数选择,分析了流固耦合作用下管道的变形破坏以及管内介质和流速等参数对管道破坏的影响,依据计算结果可知,管道内输送介质密度和流速越大,管道越易破坏,针对计算结果为输液管道防护提出了几点建议。
The finite element modeling of fluid-conveying pipeline and model preferences are introduced.Deformation and damage of buried pipeline are investigated,and the influence of density and velocity of fluid is analyzed.According to the calculating results,the bigger the density and velocity of the fluid in pipe,the worse the pipeline damage.Finally,some advice for the protection of fluid-conveying pipeline is proposed.
