针对综采工作面高地应力坚硬顶板弱化问题,以祁东矿3245工作面为工程背景,通过LS-DYNA模拟得到了初始地应力20MPa、侧向压力系数为0.5时顶板岩体中爆炸应力波和爆破振动的时间历程曲线,研究了峰值应力与振速随爆心距的衰减规律。通过引入初始应力修正系数对PPV安全判据得出的裂隙区半径进行修正,最终结果表明最大炮孔间距小于13.4m时顶板岩石的爆破损伤效果较好,现场应用对研究结论的合理性进行了验证,可为类似工程爆破的参数设计提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of hard roof weakening in fully mechanized coal mining face under high geostress,LSDYNA was applied to simulate the explosive stress wave in rock mass and the time history curve of blasting vibration with a initial geostress of 20 MPa and the lateral pressure coefficient of 0.5,based on the engineering background of 3245 working face in Qidong Coal Mine.And the peak stress and velocity with the attenuation law of pitch was studied.With the introduction of the initial stress correction coefficient of PPV safety criteria of fracture zone radius,the result shows that damage effect of roof rock is favorable when the blasthole spacing is less than 13.4m blasting,and the research conclusion is verified through field application.
