本设计采用芯片BQ24610控制DC-DC降压及充电控制模块,芯片TPS55340控制升压模块,升压和降压模块共同构成了双向变换器。降压及充电控制模块构成效率达到95.5%,本设计产品可以在22 V~30 V输入电压下为18650锂电池组提供1 A~2 A充电电流。并且在输入电压波动时能稳定输出充电电流,其电流变化率仅为1.08%,通过采用BQ24610电源管理芯片,能耗控制效果十分明显,转换效率高达90%以上。
BQ24610 chip is used to control the bucking and charging control module and chip TPS55340 to control boosting module in this design. Boosting and bucking module together constitute the bidirectional converter,that the efficiency reaches 95. 5%. This product can provide 1A ~ 2A charging current for 18650 lithium batteries at 22 ~ 30 v input voltage. And the input voltage fluctuation can stably output the charging current; the current change rate is only 1. 08%. By using BQ24610 power management chip,power control effect is very obvious,the conversion efficiency is as high as 90%.
