鉴于现行载荷分离理论中存在的量纲不对等问题,依据相似原理提出了无量纲载荷分离法.弹塑性有限元分析结果较好地验证了对应于单边裂纹弯曲(SingkEdgedNotchedBending,sEB)和紧凑拉伸(compactTension,cT)试样的无量纲载荷分离的普适性.基于无量纲载荷分离新方法,提出了改进的分离参数sDb法.新方法消除了参考钝裂纹试样及标定点选择的影响,通过同卸载柔度法的对比研究,新方法的可行性得到了验证.采用新方法完成了某输气管道焊接球阀的裂纹尖端张开位移(CrackTip0peningDisplacement,cTOD)评定.
In view of the inconsistent dimension problem in current load separation theory, a non-di- mensional load separation method based on similarity principle was proposed. Elasto-plastic finite element analysis shows that the non-dimensional load separation method is applicable to CT and SEB specimens. Moreover, based on this new non-dimensional load separation principle, an improved separation parameter Spb method is proposed. Using this improved Spb method, different choices of the reference blunt cracked specimen and calibration points only have very weak influences on the instantaneous crack length determination of sharp cracked specimen. By comparing with the unloading compliance method, the present method is proved to be effective. In order to verify further it by practice,the modified Spb method has been used to assess the crack tip opening displacement of welded ball valve.
