Combining the vocational education ideas and the development of mechatronics student skills, the author conduct research talent demand situation for the social market and enterprises. Through the analysis of the research results mechatronics students and personnel needs of the enterprise requirements situation of the students of professional competence were obtained at present, while providing strong evidence for the subsequent professional training.
