A series of energy-sewing technologies, including active sun blinds, green roofs, dual-channel chimney, thermal insulation wall material, solar energy utilization, bio gas systems, earth cooling air conditioning, are utilized comprehensively with the ecological and energy-saving aims in Jiangsu coastal rural areas. A set of energy-sewing design program suitable for rural residence is proposed, energy-saving technologies are analyzed. Finally, the energy efficiency of building envelope is calculated and analyzed. The results show that the researched residence has good energy-saving effect with feasibility of promotion.
