通过量纲分析,推导出原型轮对与其几何相似及材料相同的模型轮对过盈配合面间微动幅值的相似关系.同时,利用有限元软件ANSYS将原型轮对与缩比为1:2、1:5和1:10的模型轮对的过盈配合面间微动幅值进行数值对比分析.结果表明,当模型轮对与原型轮对的缩比为1嘲,模型轮对的过盈量选取为原型轮对的1/n,轴重载荷选取为原型轮对的1/n^2时,模型轮对过盈配合面间的微动幅值为原型轮对的1/n.
In order to provide a reference for designing model tests and analyze the results of the model tests, the similarity relationship of fretting amplitudes of the interference fitting surfaces between the prototype wheel-set and its geometrically similar scaled-model one was deduced based on the dimensional analysis theory. The material of the prototype wheel-set was the same as that of the scaled-model one. The results show that when the size of the model wheel-set, the interference value and the axle load are 1/n,1/n and 1/n^2 of those of the prototype o surfaces of the model wheel-set is 1/n of ing 1 : 2, 1 : 5, and 1 : 10 model wheel- analyses, respectively, which verifies th ne respectively, the fretting amplitudes of the interference fitting that of the prototype one. Finally, the fretting amplitudes of scalsets were compared with those of the prototype one from ANSYS e correctness of the similarity relationship.
