英文摘要：

Based on the literature review,a hypothetical model involving the relationships among social capital,knowledge management capability,and core competence is put forward.By taking 82 high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province as samples,an empirical study on the model is conducted.The results show that structural capital,relational capital,and cognitive capital of high-tech enterprises all have significantly positive effects on knowledge management capability;knowledge management capability plays a complete intermediary role in the relationship between structural capital and core competence as well as in the cognitive capital and core competence;relational capital not only has the direct influence on core competence,but also has the indirect influence on core competence by knowledge management capability.
