为了对企业知识实施高效的管理，研究了基于企业资源计划（ERP）的知识管理系（KMS）．首先应用霍尔三维结构将ERP同KMS在方法论层面进行比较分析，提出了一种基于ERP的企业KMS模型框架；其次，从管理思想、软件、系统角度分别阐述了从规划到实现过程中ERP同KMS构建的相互作用和影响，并给出了基于ERP的KMS实施步骤．
英文摘要：
To further reinforce enterprise management and improve the entire quality of enterprises, a new model about knowledge management system （KMS） is advanced based on enterprise resource planning （ERP）. Firstly, the framework of ERP-based KMS is structured by comparing and analyzing to the traditional ERP on the methodology level by using Hall three-dimensional structure. Secondly, the interaction of KMS with ERP in the process from planning to building is analyzed by the concept of three levels： management thinking, software and system. And steps for ERP-based KMS are provided.
