为定量验证岸基对海警戒雷达检测录取性能,提出了低分辨率非相参雷达的海杂波仿真方法。该方法通过分析海杂波与目标的统计特性,基于零记忆非线性变换法给出了符合瑞利分布、相关性可控且具有强杂波调制的海杂波生成法,并给出了信噪比可调、符合斯威林起伏与形态调制和可按规划路径机动的目标生成法。试验结果表明,该方法能较好仿真此类雷达海杂波,可用于检测雷达录取性能与模拟器设计。
To quantitatively verify the detection and extraction performance of shore-based sea surveillance radar, a method for simulating sea clutters in low resolution incoherence radar is pre- sented. By analyzing the statistical characteristics of sea clutters and targets, based on the zero memory non-linear(ZMNL) method, a method for simulating sea clutters is presented, which has fierce clutter modulation. The sea clutters generated by the method comply with Rayleigh distri- bution and are correlation controllable. Meanwhile, a method for simulating targets is also ad- vanced. The targets comply with Swerling fluctuation and can move in a planned routine. The signal-noise ratios of the targets are ad]ustable. Experimental results show that the method can simulate sea clutters for this type of radar to verify the performances of radar extraction and sim- ulators design.
