In today＇s cloud environment, enterprise＇s IT investment decisions nave not sure evaluation indexes and quantitative analysis, so this paper presents five indicators that impact the decision-making of business information system, then it introduces the Entropy weight and TOPSIS evaluation method which is undertaken evaluations for three different IT investment decision-making schemes. Finally, the decision-making of an enterprise＇s IT investment is taken as an example to select the optimal deployment scheme of its information system based entropy weight and TOPSIS in cloud environment.
