针对目前盐度测量仪器测量精度低、多为单点测量且测量电极尺寸过大,对流体水力热力特性的影响较大等问题.提出了一种用全波采样技术进行盐度测量的方法,优化了测量电极的结构和尺寸,设计了可同时测量96个点盐度的在线测量系统,同时设计了相应的上位机应用软件,可将测量数据实时传输到计算机并将其保存,以供日后进行数据分析.实验结果表明:该测量系统测量精度高、对水力热力特性影响小、运行稳定,具有很高的应用价值.
Salinity is a very important parameter,in thermal power plant and nuclear power plant.It is necessary to online measure multiple points of salinity,and meanwhile to reduce the influence of the measuring instruments on the measured fluid flow field.At present,the salinity measuring instruments usually functions for single point measurement,and the size of detection electrode is large,affecting the hydro-thermal characteristics,which can not meet the requirements of scientific research and experiments.To solve these problems,we proposed a salinity measurement method base on full-wave sampling,optimized the structure and size of detecting electrodes,designed a detection system that can measure 96 point salinity simultaneously,and designed a host computer application software,by which measurement data can be transmitted to the computer in real-time and saved for future data analysis.The experimental results show that:the system opecated stably,with high precision,the impact on hydro-thermal characteristics was smaller.The system has a high application value.
