采用低能团簇柬流淀积（LECBD）装置，在不同温度的衬底上，制备得到不同形貌的锑化锢团簇颗粒，如三角形颗粒、六边形薄片和长方体颗粒等，形貌的差别认为是由锑化锢各向异性生长所致。
