为提高高压断路器的工作特性,研究了一种运用三相永磁同步电动机(PMSM)直接驱动断路器的新型操动机构。运用MATLAB/Simulink建立了控制系统的仿真模型,基于TMS320LF2407A硬件平台设计和实现了一个断路器的控制系统。仿真计算和试验测量表明,PMSM驱动的操动机构可根据预先设定的操作特性曲线实现对断路器的操作。研究说明用电动机来驱动高压断路器操动机构的方法可行,能满足高压断路器操作的要求。
To improve the levels of technique of the High Voltage Circuit Breakers ( HVCB), a new type of operating mechanism of HVCB driven directly by a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was studied. A control model in MATLAB/Simulink was established to construct simulations and calculations and a DSP control system for PMSM was developed based on TMS320LF2407A. The simulations and tests indicate that the motor driven mechanism is well performed according to the presupposition operating characteristic curve. It is advisable to adopt motor for driving operating mechanism of HVCB and such mechanism can meet the requirements of opening and closing operation of HVCB.
