易逝品更新换代过程中,需要考虑需求转移因素和老产品的价格衰减因素,通过建立易逝品更新时机与生产规模的联合决策模型,证明了最优解的存在条件,并运用数值算例方法分析了需求转移率和价值衰减率对最优决策的影响。结果表明:随着需求转移率的增大,企业新产品推出时机应提前,同时企业应减少对第二阶段新产品的生产规模。只有价值衰减率在一定范围内,随着价值衰减率的增大,企业才会将新产品推出时机提前,同时减小新产品的生产规模,企业才能获得最大的期望利润。
Considering demand transferring factor and value decaying factor during renewing process, the paper establishes a decision model of both updating time and production scale. Then the existence condition of optimal solution is proved. Numerical example is used to analyze the impact of demand transferring rate and value deca- ying rate on optimal decision. It shows that when demand transferring rate is going up, the launch time of new products should be brought forward and the production scale of new products should decrease accordingly. The result also shows that only when value decaying rate is in a certain range, with the increase of value decaying rate, will enterprises advance the launch time and reduce the production scale of their new products.
