With the explosive trend of information in we - media, the supervision of the ethics behavior online and off- line is insufficient, and the maintenance of positive energy is weak. This article designs an active civilization guidance model with the application of massive data concurrent interaction identification technology and distributed structure analysis technology. In addition, it tries to construct the anti -negative energy plat- form in the hope of solving the identifying problems which are caused by lack of ethics guidance and interaction of violence online and maintaining a healthy education environment of positive energy guidance.
