针对青藏公路多年冻土区极端恶劣的自然地理条件及黑色路面强吸热作用引起多年冻土融化下沉的特点,采用硅藻土对青藏公路改建完善工程中使用的AH-110#道路石油沥青进行了改性研究,对改性沥青及沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性等路用性能进行了评价,对硅藻土改性沥青的隔热性能进行了试验分析。研究结果表明:硅藻土改性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性、高温稳定性、水稳定性等路用性能均有所改善,隔热性能得到明显提高;铺筑的试验段病害率明显低于SBR改性沥青路段,表明硅藻土改性沥青在多年冻土地区具有良好的适用性。
Aimed at the extreme natural and geographical conditions of Qinghai-Tibet Highway in permafrost regions,and permafrost thaw settlement caused by black pavement with strong endothermic effect,AH-110# road petroleum asphalt which was modified by diatomite and used in Qinghai-Tibet Highway rebuilding project was studied.High-temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability of modified asphalt and asphalt mixtures were evaluated,and the insulation performance of the diatomite modified asphalt was analyzed.The results show that low temperature crack resistance,high temperature stability and water stability of the diatomite modified asphalt mixture are improved;the insulation performance is markedly improved;a survey of the test road has found that the disease rate is significantly lower than that of SBR modified asphalt sections,which further illustrates that the diatomite modified asphalt in the permafrost regions has a good applicability.
