采用溶胶-凝胶法在管式多孔陶瓷支撑体上制备TiO2超滤膜,对不同干燥条件下制得的膜层的渗透性能、截留性能进行考察.结果表明,当干燥温度为75和85℃,相对湿度75%时,可以防止因干燥速率过慢产生的溶胶团聚,还可避免凝胶层中过高的含水量对烧结过程产生的不利影响,从而制得无缺陷的TiO2超滤膜.干燥温度为75℃、相对湿度75%时,纯水通量为2.74×10^-10 m^3/(m^2·s·Pa)左右,对聚乙二醇的截留相对分子质量约为15700.
The tubular TiO2 microfihration membranes were prepared on a porous ceramic substrate by sol-gel method. Permeability and rejection performances of membranes prepared under different drying conditions were measured. Results show that the relative humidity is 75 %, the dring tempertures are 75 and 85℃. The prepared TiO2 uhrafiltration membranes have the pure water flux of 2.74 × 10^-10 m^3/( m^2.s.Pa) and molecular mass cut-off for polyethylene glycol of 15 700 at 75% relative humidity under the temperature of 75 ℃.
