借鉴模糊多目标决策理论,建立了在信息无偏和信息有偏条件下农民工就业地选择的模糊多目标决策模型,同时结合无序多分类回归模型,运用贵州省相关问卷数据,对所构建的模糊多目标决策理论模型进行实证分析。结果表明,无论是信息无偏或是信息有偏,省外就业都是贵州省农民工外出务工地点的最优选择。实际调研数据显示,贵州省农民工省外就业占62.7%,说明贵州省农民工在选择就业地点方面,绝大多数能够做出最优选择。但是,分析结果同时也凸显出一个问题,即贵州省产业发展及就业环境对贵州省籍的农民工吸引力不强。因此,研究结果对于预测和掌握贵州省农民工就业地选择行为以及优化贵州省内就业环境提供了重要的理论参考依据。
Using fuzzy multi-objective decision theory for reference, combining multinomial logistic regression model and relat-ed survey data from Guizhou Province, the fuzzy multi-objective decision model for destination selection of migrant workers was constructed and analyzed from empirical perspective. The Empirical analysis of model showed that, whether under unbi-ased or biased information, the most satisfactory choice for migrant workers of Guizhou Province was obtaining employment in other parts of Guizhou province. And the practical survey data indicated that, nearly 62.7 percent of migrant workers of Guizhou Province chose their working place outside the province, which demonstrated most of the migrant workers of Guizhou province could make the best choice on choosing working place. However, the analytical results also highlighted a problem, thatˊs Guizhou province have not strong appealing industrial development and employment environment to migrant workers in this province. Therefore, the research results could predict and control the migrant workers’ choice behavior, and an impor-tant theoretical reference value for optimizing employment environment of Guizhou province was put forward.
