通过Moldflow模流分析软件对汽车内饰锁本体注射成型过程进行模拟,获得了最佳浇口位置,分析了制件充填、流动、翘曲和冷却过程。根据制件内气穴分布情况和模具结构,合理确定了浇注系统。结果表明,在保压时间一定的情况下,随着恒压时间的延长,制件的总变形量具有最小值;制件的结构决定了制件的翘曲变形,大面积薄壁区冷却速度起主导作用,该处具有较大的翘曲变形;局部厚壁区体积收缩率较大,翘曲变形严重。
The injection molding process of the automobile interior decoration lock body part was simulated based on Moldflow software in this paper. The best gate location, flowing, warping, and cooling during the injection were analyzed. According to the distribution of air traps in the part and the mold structure, the gating system was designed reasonably. Keeping constant time of holding pressure, the total deformation of the part reached a minimum value. When the local mass of the part and the thin wall surface was large, the warp deformation was seriously affected by the structure of the part.
