运用结构方程建模方法,对长三角地区2004—2006年间有过捐赠的290家企业的数据资料进行统计分析与检验,结果表明:慈善捐赠行为特征对企业竞争优势的获取具有促进作用,但不同的特征要素对竞争优势的影响存在差异,且这些特征要素对竞争优势产生作用的路径各有不同;慈善捐赠行为特征对企业竞争优势的作用是间接的,通过提升企业社会资本各维度水平进而增强企业竞争优势.最后,建议建立有效政策鼓励企业参与捐赠.
A research was made of the data collected from 290 firms in Yangtze River delta involved in contribution from the year 2004 to 2006.The analysis and test based on a structural equation modeling show that corporate giving can be reified to different kinds of characteristics,which affect the competitive advantages of firms differently.The characteristics of contribution have indirect influence on the firms’ competitive advantages by transferring social capital to firms and the competitive advantages of firms are improved.Finally,some effective policies are proposed to encourage firms to participate into philanthropy.
