目的综合分析精细管理在五官科护理安全中的应用,为护理五官科患者提供科学的护理方向。方法选取在我院2013年10月～2016年5月收治的五官科患者临床资料120例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组应用常规护理管理方法,观察组在对照组基础上应用精细管理方法。分析两组患者实施精细化管理方案前后的护理质量评分、不良事件发生率以及总满意率。结果①实施前,观察组护理质量评分为（80.10±2.36）分,对照组护理质量评分为（80.15±3.03）分,观察组与对照组两组患者在护理质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;实施后,观察组护理质量评分为（99.33±2.25）分,对照组护理质量评分为（82.36±2.02）分,实验组护理质量评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;②观察组不良事件发生率为5.00%,对照组不良事件发生率为11.67%,观察组与对照组两组患者不良事件发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;③观察组患者总满意率为98.33%,对照组患者总满意率为90.00%,两组患者总满意率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论精细管理在五官科护理安全中的应用效果显著,能够广泛提高患者的总满意率、降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To comprehensively analyze the application of fine management in the nursing safety in E.N.T department,and to provide scientific nursing direction for the nursing of E.N.T patients.Methods Clinical data of 120 cases of E.N.T patients who were admitted in our hospital from October 2013 to May 2016 were selected as the study subjects.According to the order of admission they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management method,and the observation group was given the fine management method on the basis of the control group.The score of quality of nursing care,the incidence rate of adverse events and the overall satisfaction rate of the two groups before and after the implementation of the fine management program were analyzed.Results ①Before treatment,the nursing quality score was（80.10±2.36） in the observation group,and the score was（80.15±3.03） in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in nursing quality score between the observation group and the control group（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the nursing quality score was（99.33±2.25） in the observation group and（82.36±2.02） in the control group.The nursing quality score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;②The incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was 5.00%,and the incidence rate of adverse events in the control group was 11.67%.The incidence rate of adverse events compared between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;③ The overall satisfaction rate was 98.33%in the observation group and90.00%in the control group.The overall satisfaction rate compared between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of fine management in the nursing safety in E.N.T department is significantly effective,which can
