英文摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to finding the contradictions between urban planning and land use planning in China from construction project perspective. Method employed is field survey. The results indicate that the relocate project of a manufactory in Guangzhou has lots to do with two plannings from implementation perspective; there are two main contradictions between two plannings, which are spatialtemporal contradiction and benefit contradiction. Spatial-temporal contradiction means the sanction of two plannings are changing with different place and time, benefit contradiction means benefit of the management bureaus of two plannings and constructing units are different and conflict with each other. The conclusion is that the main causes of such contradictions include the differences of spatial covering, orga- nizing, and benefit behalf between two plannings; Three suggestions are given for harmonizing two plannings, which include definging spatial covering, building dynamic modification mechanism and perfecting benefit compensate mechanism.
