结合实际工艺,对铝合金薄壁管缩径旋压的缺陷进行分析,列出了缺陷的种类、产生原因以及预防措施。利用ANSYS软件对缩径旋压工艺进行了三维有限元数值模拟,有效解决了模拟中的动态边界及摩擦问题。分析了毛坯的应变场分布,典型节点外径、壁厚、轴向伸长量随时间的变化曲线,对整个成形工艺及变形机制有较好的动态认识。分析了不同工艺参数对成形质量的影响。
Based on practical pcocess,defection in aluminum tube neck-spinning is analyzed,and defection sort,cause and prevention method are listed. By means of ANSYS software, a 3DFEM model is established and spinning process is simulated. Dynamic boundary and contact problem in simulation are effectively solved. Simulation results show strain distribution of workpiece and how outer diameter, thickness, axial elongation of some typical nodes change with time. Influence of different process parameters on tube quality is analyzed.
