研究了叶面喷施水杨酸对甜菜丛根病防御酶系活性的影响。结果表明,在8叶期叶面喷施水杨酸后,甜菜抗、感病品种叶片、块根中过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性较对照均有所提高,病情指数下降.根产量、含糖率和产糖量都有所增加。不同的水杨酸处理浓度相比较,抗、感病品种适宜浓度均为3mmol/L。
The effects on the activities of defense enzymes to rhizomania by applying salicylic acid (SA) on sugarbeet leaves were studied. The results showed that after applying SA on sugarbeet leaves at 8-leaf stage, the activities of peroxidase (POD), po/yphenol oxidase (PPO) and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) of sugarbeet leaves and roots were higher than that of control plants. The disease index was declined, whereas, the root yield, sugar content and sugar yield were increased. A comparison between the treatments with different concentration of salicylic acids indicated that the optimum concentration to the resistant or susceptible varieties was at 3mmol/L.
