构建了生态效率投入产出指标体系,运用超效率DEA法测度了相关省市2003~2013年间工业生态效率,并利用Malmquist指数对工业生态效率实施了动态对比,并建立Tobit模型对主要影响因素进行识别。研究结果表明:华东地区工业生态效率总体水平不高,省际间差异十分明显,但是呈现显著的趋同现象;Malmquist分析表明,各地区全要素生态效率TFP值都大于1,且年均增长率为7.2%,技术进步对工业生态效率增长有较大推动作用;工业生态效率同研发强度、利用外资、工业结构等因素具有正相关关系等。最后,就提高工业生态效率提出了相应的政策建议。
This paper constructs the eco-efficiency indicator system of input and output,and then it measures industrial ecoefficiency of relevant provinces from 2003 and 2013 by Super-efficiency DEA method. And then,it does dynamic and comparative analysis of industrial eco-efficiency by Malmquist index and identifies its main factors by Tobit model. Results show that,firstly,the overall level of industrial eco-efficiency in East China is not high,there exists individual differences between provinces,but shows a significant convergence phenomenon. Secondly,Malmquist analysis showed that the area of eco-efficiency TFP total factor value is greater than 1,and the average annual growth rate is 7. 2%,industrial eco-efficiency and technological progress have a greater role in promoting growth. Thirdly,there is a positive correlation relationship among industrial eco-efficiency with the R&D intensity,foreign investment,industrial structure and other factors. In the end,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the industrial eco-efficiency.
