在全球分工协作的价值网络中,掌握核心模块的高生态位企业获取高额的知识垄断租金,而中国的众多普通模块供应商被锁定在价值创造的低端环节。本文从知识模块切入,分析价值网络中的知识困境,提出知识模块融合这一突破低端锁定的新思路。为了理顺复杂网络中直接或间接的关系,基于输入输出视角划分出四类模块,并根据模块之间的势能传递勾勒出企业生态位优化的路径方向。最后以生态位的"态"和"势"为界面,分类总结出四种主要策略:主受益模块高端渗透、主溢出模块重点突破、双向溢出模块架构与技术耦合演进、经纪模块架构创新,并以四个案例分别加以印证。
In the global collaborative value network,those competitive companies who acquire core modules have occupied high monopoly rents,while many suppliers of ordinary modules in China are blocked in the low end of the value network.Based on the analysis of knowledge plight using the concept of knowledge module,this paper aims to introduce a new method—the integration of knowledge modules—to break the dilemma. This paper first classifies knowledge modules into four kinds according to knowledge input and output,then proposes a path of enterprise ecological niche optimization depending on the transmit of potential energy between knowledge modules,and finally,in terms of enterprise ecological niche state and potential,puts forward main competitive strategy for each kind of knowledge module respectively.
