The pulse power supply in electrochemical machining process need to control pulse vohage and clearance , processing stability in order to improve the precision, voltage detection is an important link of pulse power detection. This paper introduces the pulse power supply in electrochemical machining process pulse voltage of the commonly used detection methods, analyzes its principle and characteristics, design a kind of simple, stable and reliable, suitable for high frequency adjustable pulse power supply voltage isolation detection circuit.
