在20 kg真空感应电炉内用铝钙合金对含铌钢水进行了还原脱磷试验,脱磷温度为1 823 K,充入氩气保护,炉内压力66 k Pa,采用插入法加入脱磷剂,研究了脱磷剂加入量对脱磷率和钢水成分的变化的影响.试验结果表明:可使含铌钢水中磷的质量分数降低到0.022%,脱磷率为79.4%,硫降低到14×10-6,脱磷过程中铌含量不变.
At the temperature of 1 823K,the test of reductive dephosphorization was carried out on the hot molten steel containing Nb with A1-Ca alloy in a 20 kg vacuum induction furnace ,which was filled with Ar to keep a furnace pressure of 66 kPa. Inserting method was adopted to add the dephosphorization agent into the molten steel. The influence of the adding amount of dephosphorization agent on the dephosphorization rate and the composition of molten steel was investigated. The test results show that in the molten steel containing Nb, phosphorus content can be reduced to 0. 022% ,dephosphorization rate is 79.4% ,and the sulphur content can be reduced to 14 x 10-6; Nb content remains the same during the dephosphorization process.
