银杏内生菌Endo Gin Ya6能产生与银杏多糖具有相似功能性的胞外多糖。试验优化了银杏内生菌Endo Gin Ya6合成胞外多糖的培养条件,测定菌株胞外多糖含量,并以多糖产量为指标,采用单因素与正交试验相结合的方法,最终确定出该菌株合成胞外多糖最佳培养基组成为:蔗糖12%,酵母浸粉0.8%,氯化钠0.5%,磷酸氢二钾0.1%,氯化钾0.1%,培养基初始pH 7.5。最佳发酵条件为:装液量70mL,发酵温度为28℃,摇床转速为200r/min,接种量为2%,培养时间36h。在此条件下,菌株产胞外多糖能力可达10.265g/L。
Extracellular polysaccharides from Endo Gin Ya6 was similar to that from Ginkgo biloba L. in functional properties. In this paper, the yield of extracellular polysaccharides was estimated and the culture condition of extracellular polysaccharides from Endo Gin Ya6 was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The optimal culture condition for extracellular polysaccharides production were: sucrose 12%, yeast extract 0.8%, NaCl 0.5%, K2 HPO4 0.1%, KCl 0.1% at pH 7.5 and 200 r/min, 28℃ for 36 h.
