英文摘要：

During continuous-casting process of beam blank, lots of longitudinal surface cracks appear.In order to solve this problem, a mathematical model with ABAQUS was established and the heat transfer process during solidification of steel in the mold of beam blank caster was analyzed. And the location at which longitudinal surface cracks appear was found out. This study can provide stress boundary conditions for the research of longitudinal surface crack＇s initiation and growth.
