为了对水资源利用与经济社会发展匹配程度进行量化计算,提出了一种基于数列的时间和空间的匹配度计算方法,并应用该方法分别计算了我国不同省级行政区水资源利用与经济社会发展匹配度以及河南省逐年时间上的匹配度、不同行政分区空间上的匹配度。计算结果表明:水资源利用与经济社会发展不匹配的原因有两种,一是经济社会发展快而水资源相对缺乏,二是经济社会发展缓慢而水资源却比较丰富;该方法能够较好地反映研究区域不同时间和空间的水资源利用与经济社会发展的匹配程度,能够深层次揭示两者不匹配的原因。
To calculate the matching degree of water utilization and socio-economic development, this paper presents a time and space calculation method based on the data sequence. This method was used to calculate the matching degree of different provinces in China. Additionally, the temporal year-to-year matching degree of Henan Province and spatial matching degree of different districts in Henan Province were calculated. The results showed that there are two reasons for mismatching:one is the fast social and economic development under the condition of water deficient, the other is the relative slow social and economic development in spite of rich water resources. This method can better reflect the matching degree of water resources utilization and socio-economic development at different time and in various spaces. Meanwhile it also can deep reveal the causes of mismatch.
