以拮抗酵母菌TL-24为试材,采用微波结合硫酸二乙酯(DES)复合诱变方法,研究了复合诱变对酵母菌TL-24的影响,以期选育出拮抗能力强的酵母菌菌株。结果表明:复合诱变选育出的拮抗酵母菌菌株DE5,在适宜的培养条件下,抑菌圈直径达到31.5mm,其抑菌能力比出发菌株TL-24提高了85.3%。
Antagonistic yeast strain TL-24 was used as test material,the effect of compound mutation on the yeast TL-24 was studied by microwave combined with DES mulagenesis,in order to screen yeast strains with strong antagonistic ability.The results showed that the antagonistic yeast strain DE5 was bred.Under suitable conditions,its inhibition zone was 31.5mm,the antibacterial ability of the yeast strain DE5 was increased by 85.3%compared with that of the starting strain TL-24.
