本研究采用自编的高职院校学生管理文化调查问卷和学生满意度问卷、组织效能问卷对高职院校学生进行测量,以了解高职院校学生管理文化对学生满意度、组织效能的影响。研究结果表明:高职院校学生管理文化各个维度与学生满意度、组织效能存在不同程度的相关关系,对学生满意度和组织效能有显著的预测力。
Local interest conflict is the key obstacle that influence sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation. Based on theframework of rational choicetheory, the paper analyzes the macro structure and micro action which is formed in the process of school-enterprise cooperation, explores active and structural interest conflict between school and enterprise, and try to influence rational choice behavior of school-enterprise cooperation from three levels namely policy compensation,policy constraints and policy guarantee.
