通过水热方法分别制备了N,B,Fe二元素掺杂和三元素掺杂的TiO2催化剂,并对各样品进行X射线衍射(XRD),紫外-可见漫反射(DRS),N2等温吸脱附、FT-IR等表征.制得的催化剂形貌为颗粒状,晶型主要以锐钛矿相为主,掺杂不影响催化剂的晶型,三元素掺杂TiO2催化剂具有较大的比表面积(220.1m2·g-1),三元素掺杂TiO2催化剂的禁带宽度为2.6eV.降解罗丹明B染料实验结果表明,N,B,Fe三元素掺杂的TiO2催化剂在400nm以上的可见光区有明显吸收,2h内降解率可达70.6%.分析表明,N,B的掺杂,减小了TiO2的带隙,Fe的掺杂,降低了光生电子和空穴复合的几率,三元素掺杂产生了协同效应,共同提高了TiO2在可见光的光催化效率.
The N,B,Fe co-doping and tri-doping TiO2 samples were prepared by hydrothermal method,and characterized by XRD,UV-Vis DRS,N2absorption-desorption and FT-IR.The characterization results showed that the morphology of the samples was particles,the main phase of the samples was anatase phase and doping had little effect to the crystalline phase of all samples.The surface area of the tri-doping catalyst is 220.1m2·g-1 and its band gap is2.6eV.Through degrading the rhodamine B,the photocatalytic activity of samples can be measured.After doped,TiO2 can respond to the visible light more than 400 nm.The deradation rate of rhodamine B reached 70.6% after reacion 2husing N,B,Fe doping TiO2.It was shown that the band gap of TiO2 was decreased through doping N and B,and the combination rate of photo generated electrons-hole pairs can be decreased due to doping Fe.Therefore,the doping N,B,Fe can produce synergistic effect in order to improve the photocatalytic efficiency of TiO2.
