研究了抗氧化剂硫辛酸(LA)和N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)对高脂日粮诱导的大鼠机体氧化应激的影响。结果表明,饲喂高脂日粮可导致大鼠氧化应激,降低机体抗氧化能力;日粮中补充LA和NAC可显著增加血清和组织T-AOC、SOD活性、GSH含量,显著降低MDA含量;LA、NAC能极显著降低高脂日粮引起的大鼠肝脏线粒体DNA氧化损伤,LA的效果优于NAC。
The effects of Lipoic acid (LA) and N-aeetyicysteine(NAC )on oxidative stress of rats fed with high-fat diet were explored. 32 SD male rats were divided into 4 groups: control group, high-fat group, high-fat + LA group (0.1%) and high-fat + NAC group (0.1%). The results showed that high -fat diet could result in rat oxidative stress and reduce antioxidation capability of rat significantly. In contrast to high -fat group, both activities of SOD in serum and the content of T-AOC and GSH in serum and tissue were increased significantly in I,A or NAC groups and MDA, decreased significantly, Single cell gel electrophoresis essay showed LA and NAC could decrease liver mitoehundrial DNA damage of rats with fed high-fat diet significantly. Moreover, the effect of LA were better than those of NAC. The conclusions were LA and NAC can improve the antioxidation capability, suppress lipid peroxidation and prevent liver mitoehondrial DNA damage of rats fed high-fat diet.
