以普通硅酸盐水泥作为胶凝材料,采用化学发泡法,制备了120kg/m~3密度等级的超低密度发泡水泥保温板。系统研究了主要材料组成因素对超轻发泡水泥力学性能的影响,探索超低密度等级发泡水泥材料制备的稳定配方。通过正交设计试验方法,分析了不同材料对超轻发泡水泥保温材料强度的影响程度。
Foamed cement insulation board with its ultra- low density of 120 kg / m~3 was prepared by means of chemically foaming method,using the ordinary Portland cement as the binder. The study examined the main materials' influence on mechanical properties of ultra- light foamed cement,exploring the stable formulation of ultra- low density foamed cement insulation materials. Through orthogonal experimental design,the impact of different materials on the strength of ultra- light foam cement insulation materials was systematically analyzed.
