Foamed cement insulation board with its ultra- low density of 120 kg / m~3 was prepared by means of chemically foaming method,using the ordinary Portland cement as the binder. The study examined the main materials＇ influence on mechanical properties of ultra- light foamed cement,exploring the stable formulation of ultra- low density foamed cement insulation materials. Through orthogonal experimental design,the impact of different materials on the strength of ultra- light foam cement insulation materials was systematically analyzed.
