合成了6个含硅二烃基锡(IV)的2-巯基苯并噻唑配合物R^1R^2SnL2(R^1=Me3SiCH2,R^2=Me3SiCH2或Ph,Cy;R^1=EtMe2SiCH2,R^2=EtMe2SiCH2或Ph,Cy.LH=2-硫基苯并噻唑),并通过IR、^1H NMR、^13C NMR、元素分析和X射线单晶衍射对目标化合物进行结构表征.结果表明,配体L以硫醇互变异构体形式与锡原子配位,形成了以锡为中心的六配位扭曲八面体结构;生物活性试验的初步结果显示,含硅二烃基锡(IV)-2-巯基苯并噻唑对肺腺癌细胞(A549)具有较强的体外抗癌活性.
Six diorganotin(IV) complexes containing silicon of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole R1R2Sn(L)2(R^1=Me3SiCH2, R^2=Me3SiCH2 or Ph, Cy; R^1=Et Me2SiCH2, R^2=EtMe2SiCH2 or Ph, Cy. LH=2-mercaptobenzothiazole) have been synthesized and characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13 C NMR, IR, elemental analysis and X-ray single-crystal study. The results showed that ligand L acts as thiol tautomerism coordinating with tin atom, and thus the central tin atom was six coordinated in distorted octahedral geometry. The preliminary bioassay tests showed that diorganotin complexes of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole have a good antitumor activity in vitro against A-549.
