针对新一代制造系统——智能制造系统(IMS)中Holonic制造系统(HMS)的工艺系统设计理论和方法进行研究,提出HMS中工艺设计的并行模型,研究了基于Holon的工艺系统体系结构,并探讨了体系结构的运行机制,为新一代制造系统的进一步研究提供新的思路。
Holonic manufacturing systems is one of the important contents in next generation manufacturing systems-intelligent manufacturing systems. A study of process planning architecture and implementation in holonic manufacturing systems was performed, a concurrent model of process planning was presented to integrate the information in computer-aided design and production scheduling systems. Holonic architecture of process planning composed of four types of holons was established based on the concurrent integrated model, the functional mechanism of architecture was executed in terms of attribute of automation and cooperation in holon, three types of cooperation models were discussed in architecture, it will provide a new approach for further study in next generation manufacturing systems.
