通过对395位泛90后员工的问卷调查,考察了领导者共情能力、员工适应性绩效的关系以及工作重塑对这一关系的中介作用。实证研究结果显示:领导者共情能力与员工的适应性绩效显著正相关;领导者共情能力与员工工作重塑显著正相关;工作重塑部分中介了领导者共情能力与适应性绩效的正向关系。
Through the questionnaire survey of 395 pan-after 90's employees,the relationship between leader empathy and employees' adaptive performance as well as mediating effect of job crafting on the relationship are investigated. Results indicate that leader empathy has a positive effect on employees' adaptive performance; leader empathy has a positive effect on job crafting; the relationship between leader empathy and employees' adaptive performance is partially mediated by job crafting.
