从当前社会背景出发,实证研究了自我认知、政策支持、人际关系和工作环境与高校青年教师职业生涯发展的相互关系。研究结果发现:自我认知、政策支持、人际关系和工作环境等因素,均对高校青年教师职业生涯发展有显著性的正面影响。
From the current social background, this paper empirically studies the self cognition, policy support, interpersonal relationships and work environment to young universities' teachers' career development relationship. The results found self cognition, policy support, interpersonal relationship and work environment, all have a significant positive impact on the young universities' teachers' career development.
