基于流体流变方程和平板窄缝模型,推导出宾汉体浆液劈裂注浆扩散半径计算公式,并提出了求解方法.计算表明,注浆压力差随浆液流变参数的增大呈线性增大,要达到一定劈裂长度,水灰比越小所需注浆压力越大;裂隙宽度的减小使所需注浆压力差迅速增大,并使扩散半径迅速减小,这种影响随着水灰比的增大而减小.结合厦门翔安海底隧道全风化花岗岩地层HSC(High Strength Concrete)水泥注浆试验,证明了这一理论的计算结果符合工程实际.
Based on the assumption of bingham fluid and narrow plate model, formula for calculating the diffusion radius in low permeability soil is deduced, and solution method is pointed out. Grouting pressure difference varies with the rheological parameters linearly. With the decrease of gap width, grouting pressure difference increases rapidly and diffusion radius decreases notably. The rheological parameters of grouting have a remarkable influence on the test results. Combing with the study on the HSC (High Strength Concrete) grouting test adopted in strong-weathered granite in Xiamen Xiangan subsea tunnel, this formula has proved to be successful in practice.
