通过一步简单反应合成了谷氨酰胺衍生物胶凝剂:1-十二烷基氨基-2-Boc-氨基-L-谷氨酰胺(DBLN),1-十四烷基氨基-2-Boc-氨基-L-谷氨酰胺(TBLN)和1-十六烷基-2-Boc-氨基-L-谷氨酰胺(HBLN).考察了这些化合物在常见溶剂中的胶凝行为,发现DBLN和HBLN能够胶凝所实验20种溶剂中的7种,而TBLN只能在其中的4种溶剂中形成稳定凝胶.通过扫描电镜研究了所得凝胶的表面形貌,发现除了胶凝剂结构,不同溶剂对凝胶形貌也有明显影响.红外光谱分析证明酰胺基团之间的氢键作用是形成凝胶的重要推动力.
Glutamine-based gelators,1-dodecylamino-2-Boc-amino-L-glutamine(DBLN),1-tetradecyl-amino-2-Boc-amino-L-glutamine(TBLN) and 1-hexadecyl-amino-2-Boc-amino-L-glutamine(HBLN),were simply synthesized through one-step reaction.It was found that DBLN and HBLN could gelate seven among the tested twenty solvents,but TBLN only formed stable gel in four solvents.SEM observation showed that both the structure of the gelators and the property of the solvents affected the morphology of the aerogel,obviously.FTIR spectra revealed that the hydrogen bonding between the amide groups played an important role in gel formation.
